Consultations
Surgical Pathology consultations can only be accepted from Canadian patients. All consultations must include the following:
1. A referring doctor's request
2. A copy of the finalised, original surgical pathology report
3. Relevant glass microscopic slides, paraffin blocks, or both.
Consultation material should be sent, delivered, or carried to the address above ("ATTN: Reception Desk | 416-586-4457").
Consultations are usually completed within three working days of receipt if no special testing is required. Consultations are immediately faxed to the referring doctor. Selected digital images are provided upon request, as well. All original slides and blocks are returned to the original Pathology Laboratory.
